Stay-at-Home (COVID retreat)

No one could have predicted the unprecedented COVID stay-at-home order. Many of us we were looking for ways to ease stress, anxiety, and connect during times that were uncertain. This retreat guided participants in cultivating calm and offered an alternative routine to disrupt negative energy during challenging times.
The 2020 Virtual Retreat was for women were in search of calmness and peace in their immediate enviorments. Participants experienced:
