Somewhere between the hustle, the caregiving, the striving, and the surviving, we forget how to rest. Rest is more than a need to physically slow down.
Rest includes caring for our mental and emotional wellbeing; and reminds us of who we are despite the weight of the world.
Our use of restorative yoga asana focuses on gentle and intentional movement, and breath work that encourages the kind of healing that comes from the inside out.

This course gives you the tools necessary to take back the control over your emotions. After a few weeks of practicing meditation, I was able to use it as a tool (without preemptively thinking about it) to respond to negative emotions while in the moment rather than letting my emotions overcome me.
