Certified Mindful Meditation coach, Shannon Mae, will lead you through weekly instruction on how to deepen your present moment awareness, constructive feedback on your meditation practice, and lead you into a weekly movement exercise as well. Shannon has led 10 cohorts through this mindful meditation.
